He hasn't really broken New Zealand laws & he isn't really a pirate he just sells online storage & the right to download more faster..
If anything his business is similar to dropbox, People just happen to use it for sharing pirated files..
& the American government have basically bulldozed there way in here to try & make a example of Kim for breaking american law..
Most probably a lot of New Zealanders in high positions were bribed for this to be allowed to happen..
Whatever happens the artist get screwed anyway if not by people downloading their music they
get screwed by the publishers taking like 95-99% of all the profits made from the artists in some cases.. even iTunes takes a huge cut for really doing nothing.
