last week i bought some board shorts from a surf store from called amazon (in New Zealand i live) which cost me quite alot becuase they are rip curl.
I have worn them twice, once yesterday swimming and once today. Today when i got out of the pool the side of shorts seam had completley come undone (all the stitching) and no they are not too small just the right size.

It says you can only return them if i have got the labels on them but it wasn't my fault the stitching came undone?!

yep they have to take them if u got them 1 week ago and they're defective. if they refuse, ask to speak o the manager its so not your fault the cheap stitches ripped.

Take them back as they are and show them after 2 wears what they look like.Tell them they are faulty, you can't be paying good money for bad things.

wear them into the store and ask if they are supposed to do this. tell them you can wait all day and show the other customers

You can tell them that they are defective and try to get a replacement. Don't try and return get a replacement.

of course you can my dear !!!!

- at the first place, it was not your mistake !!!!

if they sell with high price, the quality should be the best !!!!

but in your case, its just wore twice, so you can go and ask for your rights !!!!!

carry on ....
